IK-AHC is a package that includes the MATLAB implementation of the Isolation Kernel-based Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering Algorithms, which aims to deal with the adjacent clusters with varied densities in Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering. It is the state of the art algorithm, associate with one TULIP publicaiton in 2022.
